Bath selection
Watts nickel plating guide
A Watts nickel bath is a conventional direct-current electroplating process based on nickel sulfate and nickel chloride chemistry. It is used for controlled nickel deposits on properly prepared compatible parts.
Ready to use does not mean equipment-free. Plan for nickel anodes, a chemical-resistant tank, an adjustable DC power supply, and the required cleaning steps.
Shops can buy the one-gallon Watts solution directly or use published bulk tiers. Buyers who still need prep chemistry, an anode, and leads should compare the complete system.
